KAP Strategy & Portfolio Planning Research & Ways to Get Invovled

Business Performance Indicators and Their Impact on Corporate Real Estate:  Does a “better” workplace correlate with increased revenue or higher customer satisfaction?  For years, corporate real estate has lacked the ability to document and prove its business value through these types of metrics. This ambitious research project, involving a series of phased research pieces, could be a game-changer in the industry. This work has been ongoing and a review of recent literature on the topic of KPIs will be released shortly.

How to get involved? Do you have any research, white papers, articles, documents, surveys or presentations that you feel would be beneficial to our research?  Do you believe you have the knowledge and experience or know any key contacts or individuals that you believe would lend insight to this project?  Do you have a great case study or case study idea that you believe would be insightful to this issue?  Part of this research will involve gathering empirical data on different aspects of business performance and how it correlates with Corporate Real Estate. Our initial work will include gathering other research that always been done to help us better understand the scope of our project.  Due to the large scope of this project, we will be looking for volunteers for this research as the project develops.  Please contact Craig Van Pelt or call at 404-589-3248.
